Refund policy
Please choose carefully when purchasing from Jade Garage. Due to the limited nature of our products, we cannot offer returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Products cannot be returned if:
– You have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/product
– You found a product elsewhere
– You were aware of a fault before purchase (e.g. listed in photos/description)
– You damaged the product by misuse
– The issue is a result of normal wear and tear
– Stickers were applied incorrectly (see FAQ for application tips)
Fading or wear on printed designs — especially fine-line DTF artwork — is considered normal. Our pieces are made to be worn, not babied, so signs of use are part of the journey.
If you receive damaged, incorrect, or missing items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and verify the return, we will send a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges may be offered if stock is available (clothing only). Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
